It is accessed through an exterior gate to the first floor, to the right is a majestic fully equipped kitchen with a large window so as not to miss the beautiful views of Lanzarote landscape.

To the left of the entrance, we can find a spacious dining room and living room, a small living room, 2 beautiful and bright bedrooms with double beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower with a modern and uncluttered decoration. Also, you can access through a glass door to a terrace with incredible views of the pool and a beautiful well-kept garden, perfect for the satisfaction of the whole family.
On the upper floor, we can find another living room, ideal to enjoy a reading or a simple chat. A corridor connects the main room with a large bathroom equipped with a shower and bathtub. This bright room has a double bed and a private terrace to relax.
